SOL NAVEGANTE aims to expand, consolidate and accompany the Company's development in the real estate market in Portugal.

SOL NAVEGANTE begins its activity in 2022 with the acquisition of plots of land in Seixal da Lourinhã, for the construction of semi-detached and single-family houses, designated as Edifícios Navegantes.

It is a family company, which combines the experience of its Managing Partners, Victor Santos and António Pereira, obtained over the last few years in the Purchase, Sale, Construction and Exterior Arrangements carried out by its Companies in Canada.

SOL NAVEGANTE intends to develop its activity in the construction of residential real estate projects in the best locations throughout the West Zone of Portugal.
